All of our animals are sold in good health and in as-is condition. A $50 (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold any animal until it is weaned and old enough to move to their new home (normally around 8-12 weeks of age). Remaining balance is due at or before pickup. Buyers are responsible for arranging transport and/or pick-up and have 4 weeks from the "weaned date" to do so, or the animal will be released from the hold and relisted for sale. For adult animal sales, health records will be provided, if applicable. Buyers have 4 weeks from the date of deposit to arrange transport or pick up the animal.

Rabbits: All of our Rabbits come with a pedigree and are tattooed. Must be 8 weeks old at time of pickup.

Goats: All goats are ADGA registered, have their required vaccinations, are disbudded & are vet checked. Males can be banded.

Pigs: Males will be castrated at 2-4 weeks of age, unless requested otherwise, Iron, CDT & LitterGuard administered. 

Poultry: Receives Oregano Oil & Probiotics daily
