Service Description
A 2.5 hour Private Birthday Party under the shade of our beautiful oak trees, on our working family farm in Rural Buckingham. Birthday Parties are held in our Outdoor Classroom, on a slightly raised, gravel pad. There are 6- standard picnic tables & 1- quad picnic table. (Fitted white & black checked tablecloths provided) Guests have use of the 10x16 covered area & Sensory Garden. Electric available. Includes: - Use of the space for 2.5 hours - 7 Picnic Tables, 2- 6-ft Tables - Cups, plates, silverware, napkins (in color of choosing when possible) - Set up/ Clean up (can set up decorations if we receive ahead of time) - Farm- Themed Decor set up - Meet & Greet with our Goats - Rabbit Play Pen ( petting area) - Trash cans - 2-Cooler(s) with ice - Outdoor Restroom - Outdoor Sink - Farm - Themed gift for guest of honor $350 • Price is based on up to 30 guests. For parties over 30, a charge of $5/ additional guest will be added to the invoice. A final guest count will be needed 7 days prior to the event. Additional Options: - Birthday Favors provided by Sun Kissed Salt Dough: 10 "Party Pops" for $75 or 20 for $140 - Professional Photographer to do birthday pictures and/or document the event. In the event of inclement weather, all attempts will be made to reschedule. Balance is due a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. *We are a working farm and as such you will see and interact with animals during your event. Many of our animals free range and we do not utilize pest control. Please make sure your guests are properly informed and prepared. Respect for our animals and property is required. Mistreatment of our animals will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave if this is observed. ** Due to our schedule and availability, event start and end times are firm. We do ask the client to arrive 30mins before their guests and scheduled party, so they can approve the set up and add any final touches.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are Non-Refundable. Balance is due at check-in. Inclement Weather: This is an outdoor event, and we do not have public indoor cover available. Florida weather can change rather quickly, so in the event weather prohibits our ability to complete our schedule activities, all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule. Please plan accordingly.
